Terms
Plain terms for a small tool. Using Reply Ticket means accepting them.
What the service is
Reply Ticket sends the review text you paste to an AI model and returns a suggested reply. That is the whole product. It does not connect to Google, Yelp, Trustpilot or any other review platform, does not post on your behalf, and does not read reviews for you.
Every reply is a draft
Replies are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, can misread the complaint, and can be phrased in a way that does not suit your business. Read every draft before you post it. Once you post a reply it is yours: you are the publisher, and you are responsible for what it says.
Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice. If a review alleges something serious — a safety issue, a regulated matter, or anything you might be sued over — take proper advice before replying.
No outcome is promised. Reply Ticket does not claim to improve your rating, change a reviewer’s mind, or get a review removed.
Free allowance and credits
- 3 replies per day per device are free, counted server-side and reset at midnight UTC. A shared connection has a higher daily ceiling across all its devices, so a busy office may reach the limit before an individual device does.
- One credit is one generated reply. Regenerating spends another credit. Editing and copying a reply you already have costs nothing.
- If a generation fails before any text arrives, the credit or free reply is put straight back.
- Reviews are capped at 3,000 characters per request, and there is a per-minute limit on how fast replies can be requested.
- Credits do not expire and are not transferable. They are tied to the email address given at checkout and unlocked with a restore link.
Payment and refunds
Credit packs are one-off payments taken by Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. If a pack does not work as described, ask for a refund of the unused portion at tadclements@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reply Ticket to write replies that harass a reviewer, that you know to be false, or that impersonate a business you do not represent. Do not paste other people’s personal information into the review box. Do not attempt to work around the rate limits or the free allowance.
Access can be withdrawn for any of the above. Where credits remain on a withdrawn account, the unused portion is refundable.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising from use of Reply Ticket is limited to the amount you paid for the credit pack in question.
